Dear Community,
I am thrilled to share some incredible news: for the second consecutive year, our school district has achieved an A rating. Thanks to the dedication, passion, and relentless hard work of our students and staff, as well as the support of the community and the parents, this achievement was possible.
We are officially an “A” Rated District with a score of 93 for the 2023 A-F ratings!
This accomplishment is no small feat, and it’s a direct result of the commitment and excellence that your students and staff bring every single day.
Here’s how our campuses shined:
Elementary School – “B” Rating with a score of 87 and an outstanding 6 out of 6 designations earned
Jr. High/High School – “A” Rating with a score of 96 and 5 out of 7 designations earned
District – “A” Rating with a score of 93 and 1 out of 1 designation earned
These numbers reflect more than just data—they represent lives changed, milestones achieved, and futures brightened. Each of you has played a vital role in making this happen as parents and community members. The long hours, the extra mile, the teamwork—it all matters, and it shows.
Saying that I am proud is truly an understatement. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the time, energy, and love you give to our students, our schools, and our Bulldog family.
Thank you for being a Bulldog. Thank you for being the difference.
With deep gratitude and pride,
Lucas Holloway
Broaddus ISD Superintendent of School
