The following announcement has information regarding funeral arrangements for Mr. Stanley. A permission slip for printing is also attached for students wishing to ride the bus to the services Sunday.

We wanted to share this information with you regarding arrangements for Mr. Tim Stanley. Mrs. Stanley wanted everyone to know that if students would like to make cards, posters, write letters honoring Mr. Stanley, that they would be greatly appreciated. Any and all support is WELCOME. Mr. Holloway will be driving a bus to the service on Sunday for students or staff who do not have a ride to the service. The bus will be departing from the High School at 1:00. Students who wish ride the bus must have permission slips turned in to the High School office or to Mr. Holloway Sunday morning. We have attached the permission slip in case you need to print it. Visitation will be at Starr Funeral Home in Hemphill on Saturday, February 15, 2020, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM and funeral services will be at the West Sabine High School Gymnasium on Sunday, February 16, 2020, at 2:00 PM.
Permission For Off Campus Activity After due consideration, I as a parent/guardian of _________________________________________ give my permission for him/her to: Go to: West Sabine High School Gymnasium On: February 16 To Participate In: Memorial Service for Mr. Tim Stanley Time: Bus will depart from Broaddus High School at 1 pm and return directly after service. (Bus will not go to the graveside ceremony) I have instructed him/her to conduct themselves, at all times, in such a way as to bring credit to themselves and to the school and community. He/She has agreed to do so! It is understood that adults will supervise the student and that the adults will exercise supervision over the students during all phases of the trip. I have instructed the above named student to obey the chaperons at all times. He/She has agreed to do so! In the event the above named student should need immediate care or treatment as a result of any injury or sickness, I do hereby request, authorize, and consent to such care and treatment as may be given said student by any physician or chaperons for any accident or misfortune which may occur during the trip. From Coach B.: Tonight's JV boys game is cancelled. V boys game starts at 5pm & Senior Night will follow the game. Monday, boys will play in West Sabine. JV starts at 5 & Varsity will immediately follow. This is to avoid conflict with the girls play-off game on Tuesday.
