Students are turning in tickets for their Big Kahuna Sales! One item sold gets you a lanyard and a Hedge Hogz blind bag. Tickets with additional items sold earns more Hedge Hogz for their lanyards. Ten (10) items sold per child or 15 items sold per family and they will get to go on the Big Kahuna Party Bus field trip! We had our first winners of the extra prize-the talking chicken-Friday and again today. Students are looking for the Big Kahuna guy in their blind bags to get that chicken! So much fun and raising money for our school at the same time!

Broaddus High School invites you to attend a Texas Workforce Solutions meeting which provides services offered that are geared toward developing job skills, exploring career and college opportunities, obtaining work experience, and assisting students with becoming more independent.

Broaddus ISD and San Augustine ISD are joining together as one community to promote the “MASK UP” Campaign (#MaskUpCampaign) throughout the month of September for our students, employees, and community in an effort to keep our schools open.
During the next days and weeks, our districts will be implementing activities to promote, not mandate, masks as one means of combating the pandemic. Next week, each school district will have the same Dress Up Days in an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID. Please see the flyer below.

Reminder for all Juniors and Seniors…
A Balfour Representative will be on campus tomorrow to assist with ordering class rings and Senior graduation packages. All information and options available can be found in the packets sent home last week.
Please remember-
If ordering a class ring, a deposit of $50 is required.
For Senior grad package orders, the deposit is $80 (unless the items bought total less than $80 then the full amount will be required).
Balfour will accept cash, check, cards, or money orders. Please expect a 6-8 week turn around on time for class rings.
