A couple of our Broaddus Bulldogs spent their cold and windy Saturday volunteering with a local mission group to replace the roof on an almost 100 year old East Texas church.
We love to see our Bulldogs making an impact in local communities! Way to go Greyson and Aiden!!!

Broaddus ISD Community, January is school board Recognition Month in Texas and we at BISD wish to honor and thank our amazing Board of Trustees for their dedication and commitment to our students. Each January, the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) recognizes those who volunteer in their communities by serving on their local school boards. This year’s theme for School Board Recognition Month is “Rising Above,” which is especially appropriate right now as school boards across the state continue to rise above and guide our students and communities during this most uncertain time. A big “thank you” goes out to our BISD School Board for all that you do and your continued commitment to the students in our district!

FIRST TIME IN MRS. MCEACHERN'S CLASS HISTORY for a student to sign an anchor chart!!!!!!! Cheyanne Bailey is the FRACTION LEGEND in class. She saved the day with a fast and effective way to combine fractions with uncommon denominators. The class contributed every aspect of this poster- right down to the color scheme. When the anchor chart was finished we gave cheers to Cheyanne on saving the day! She signed the anchor chart and took complete honor in her accomplishment of helping her peers. Sincerely, Mrs.McEachern
