Congratulations Whitnee Teagle finishing 5th in the State of Texas.

Whitnee Teagle is about to run the 100m dash at State in Austin. We are so proud of her and her accomplishments. Let's go Whitnee.

FIELD DAY HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED! Due to the amount of rain we have received, our field day originally scheduled for tomorrow, May 12, will now be on Friday, May 19th! We apologize for the inconvenience, but still plan to have a fantastic day of fun!

Our girl WHITNEE TEAGLE is off to STATE for 100M in track! We had a fantastic sendoff from both campuses this morning. Good luck Whitnee! You have and will continue to represent Broaddus well! 💙

Broaddus ISD students, supervised by Mrs. Shelby Weatherford, provided a nice lunch for our nurses and staff at BISD this afternoon in celebration of Nurse's Day. Thank you for all that you do!

Broaddus Graphic Design has created a premium commencement program for our graduation ceremony for May 19. We will be offering these for sale for only $5. Here is a sneak peek! Included will be an individual biography and photo for each senior as well as several class photos along with the traditional program information!

Congratulations to these Lady Bulldogs on their All District selections!

Preliminary counts show that the bond has passed for Broaddus ISD! We are so humbled to serve a district that prioritizes our students. Thank you all who came out in support. Broaddus is the place to be!

Wow!!! BISD voters came out for this election and showed their support for our students and staff during this time. Your support is greatly appreciated and we could not have done this without you. Thank you for supporting our school, our students and education! We will continue to strive for our high levels of excellence and we cannot wait to see students in all of our new facilities💙

Culinary students competed in our very own Cupcake Wars this morning. Students were critiqued on overall presentation of their cupcakes as well as taste and consistency. Our panel of faculty judges enjoyed every minute of the contest. Runners up were Kaylin and Raylee with their Hamburger designed cupcakes. Taking first place with their Butterscotch cupcakes were Landen and Angel. Way to go students!

Baseball Bi-District Playoff series begins tonight at 5pm in Shelbyville. Our Dawgs will face off with Garrison for game 1 at 5 pm. Game 2 will follow. Game 3, if necessary, will be played tomorrow. Come on out and support the boys!

A very big THANK YOU goes out this afternoon to First Baptist Church in Broaddus. They provided a feast for our faculty and staff today to wrap up this week dedicated to teachers.

Field Day is quickly approaching. There is a change to the schedule of events this year, as ALL GRADES will begin together at 8:30 am. Come join us as we celebrate together in the last field day to be held at this campus!

Our teachers are successful because we have an amazing administrative team! We thank you for your dedication to our teachers and students!

It is National Lunch Hero Day, and we definitely have the best of the best. We love our ladies so much and are so thankful for everything they do for us daily! Thank you to Brenda Fowler, Teresa White, & Melissia Fountain on the secondary campus and Ms. Shelia, Mrs. Amy and Mrs. Brittany at the elementary. Thank you ladies for all your hard work!

Even though the week is coming to an end, our APPRECIATION for our teachers is neverending!

The end of a school year can get a little hectic, so Broaddus Elementary wanted to help teachers relax and rejuvenate in their very own private relaxation and rejuvenation room!

Once again, we salute our teachers and all the hard work they put into our school and our students on a daily basis.

Happy Teacher's Appreciation Week!

Broaddus ISD would like to thank the San Augustine Chamber of Commerce for honoring our staff with desserts! *photographed with Junior Chamber members Raegan Higginbotham & Greyson Warden.
