Mrs. Anglin’s Advanced Biotechnology class recently held a transgenic organism contest. The winners were Lexy Price and Natalie Kilmer with their Avian Influenza Resistant Chickens using a Zebrafish gene. Great job to the entire class!
The Lady Bulldogs begin their first round basketball playoff game on Monday. They will be playing against West Hardin at the Warren High School gym at 6:00. Go Lady Bulldogs!

Broaddus Elementary will take spring pictures Friday, February 9th. Everyone will have their individual picture taken but money is not due until they come in. If you would like to purchase a class group picture, $12 is due on picture day.
Bulldogs take on the West Sabine Tigers tonight at West Sabine. Jv boys begin at 5:00 and varsity girls start at 6:00. Varsity boys will be the third game of the evening.
Just a reminder that Spring pictures are this Friday morning. Order forms went out last week but if you need an extra one they are located in the office.
Broaddus Junior High and High School want to thank PTA for the books recently donated to the library. We appreciate our PTA and their hard work for our district.

Bulldogs take on the Brookeland Wildcats tonight in Brookeland. There will be two games beginning at 6:00. Good luck to our student-athletes.
Friday night the Bulldogs take on Colmesneil at home. There will be three games. JV boys begin at 5:00, followed by varsity girls at 6:00. This is Senior Night for the girls and the ceremony will take place right after the girls game. The varsity boys game will follow.
Due to the inclement weather on Tuesday, 1/16/18 and Wednesday, 1/17/18 ,resulting in school closure, Broaddus ISD is required to make up days missed in order to maintain the required amount of instructional time. The two days that will be used as required make up days are the Monday and Tuesday of Winter Break, February 19 and 20. Please contact the school if you have any questions. Thank you.
